I meditate the same way - I think of it as &quot;thought watching&quot; because I&#039;m pretty such it&#039;s not REAL meditating, searching for the inner blue light and all that.  

But my yoga instructor tells me there is no wrong way to do yoga, or to meditate, so I&#039;m hanging my hat on that.

And YES.  So many great ideas pop through the thoughts of grilled cheese sandwiches and how I&#039;m going to get both kids to soccer games that start at the same time.  It&#039;s starting to feel like roots under my creativity, even despite me.
